Notice in all of the exterior photos that there are no ridge vents, vent caps, tubes, or such protruding from the seamless roof. The house has been engineered to collect and vent everything through a specially designed chimney system, providing protected venting, a continuous sturdier roof system, easier maintenance, and far better system longevity.

The efficient and warming hydronic heating system goes throughout the floors and into European style radiators. This method is very energy efficient, and healthier than typical forced air systems which blow around dust and allergens. The water system is also heated by a tankless instant heating system, for on-demand hot water any time and in any amount.
